Unraveling a Whisper: My work is featured in the Poe-Tree Project!

This year the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee's English Department and Library combined forces to celebrate the words of student writers. Lo and behold, a small poem of mine finally makes it way to one of the tree's leaves. It's a small thing, but even things like these touch the hearts of aspiring writers. A whisper is a shadow

the dimness in the room

a mere gesture of secrecy

one that lives beneath the surface

and dies in its repression.
